We partner with Royal Mail to ship our products. Because many of them fit through a letterbox, we like the fact that Royal Mail is out and about delivering on foot every day. That way we can avoid adding extra courier journeys to our roads.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you enjoy your London Bathers products. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, please get in touch at email@example.com or call us on 07792 359520 and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
For resale and hygiene reasons we’re unable to accept returns on self care products, including our bar soaps, shampoo bars, soaking salts, liquid soaps and hand lotion. We can accept returns on our accessories - including towels, brackets, soap dishes and bottles. Any accessories returned to us in an unsalable condition may be refunded at a reduced value. We’ll also refund the original postage costs (if any), but customers are liable for the return postage. Please send proof of purchase and keep a proof of postage for your returned package.
We aim to process returns within 5 working days, using the original payment method, however this may be longer at busy times.
